HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Australia 
We have a quick turn around on all Australian deliveries. We post all orders within 2 business days of order being successfully processed and generally, orders will arrive within 5-7 business days after being posted.

Please keep in mind that we allow for extra time in special circumstances or public holidays.

International
We offer fast service with all international deliveries; approximately 10-14 business days to metropolitan areas of major cities. Please do note that some countries may take longer than others in the shipment process. Unfortunately, once orders have excited Australia, we no longer have control. 

CUSTOMS

Customers are responsible for custom, duties and taxes. Legally, we are responsible to provide and order value and invoice for customs. For further enquiries, please contact your local customs office. 

SHIPPING PROVIDER

Australian Orders
Most Australian orders are done through Sendle. Sendle is Australia's first courier company that are 100% Carbon Neutral. Your delivery will have absolutely no negative impact on the planet. Tracking will be provided once shipped. 
For parcels heading to rural Australia, Australia Post will be used and a tracking number will be provided once shipped. 
International Orders
All international orders will be posted using Australian Post. 

PACKAGING

✿Orders are individually packed, using bubble wrap and air pillows. 
✿Also, the teacups themselves are individually boxed in a manner which was made for postage. 
✿On our end, we will make sure that your teacup is packed beautifully and safe. 

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges:
If you have changed your mind or if you are not 100% satisfied with the product, returns (refunds) and exchanges  are accepted within 30 days of  receiving your purchase. 
How soon will I get my refund? 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund. This is dependent on the condition in which the item has arrived in. If your refund is approved, it will be returned via the original transaction method in which you made. From there, payment should be received within 10 business days. 
 
IMPORTANT TERMS for Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:
✿ All customers must contact the sales team at info@amitycreated.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
✿ Please provide your order number, contact details and reasoning for return. 
✿ Items must be returned in original packaging and in original/unused condition.
✿ All shipping costs for returns and  exchanges are at the buyer's own expense.
✿ We recommend returning your package with parcel tracking and insurance to ensure safety and of course, for peace of mind. 
✿ Please keep return receipts until we have received your parcel. 
✿ If the item is not returned safely or in original condition, you will not obtain a full refund.
✿ Please ensure the teacups are packaged safely and firmly, with an adequate amount of bubble packaging to provide a smooth and safe return. 
✿ Sale/discounted items + free promotional gifts are not accepted for returns/exchanged and refunds.
